
Conor Bracken
Founder & CEO
Conor Bracken is the founder and CEO of Andovar. He is recognized within the localization industry as a pioneer in the separation of production centers and client-facing services.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Conor held a diverse range of technical and management positions worldwide before deciding to build a company that would take advantage of the new possibilities of global cooperation afforded by the Internet and emerging multimedia technologies. Conor is a founder of the Irish-Thai Chamber of Commerce and is fluent in English and Thai.

Michael Shannon
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Shannon is a localization industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in Asia and the localization industry in general. Throughout his career, Shannon has held key senior management positions, across both sales and operations, with leaders of the localization industry.
Michael has successfully created Japanese and Chinese greenfield localization operations, led acquisitions in Korea and managed Asian integration teams across 3 major industry buy-outs. He has also held primary responsibility for Asian regional markets including China, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan. He started his career with Berlitz in Japan in the early 90's, set up Mendez Asia in the late 90's and held several senior executive roles with Bowne Global Solutions and Lionbridge.
Michael holds a BSc. in Computer Applications from CIT in Ireland and is proficient in Japanese.

Ron P. Tan
Vice President, Global Marketing
Ron is a translation and localization industry veteran with over 13-years of experience working primarily for U.S. based MLVs (Multi-Language Vendors). Having previously worked with Top 25 MLVs in regional and global settings, he has an in-depth understanding of client needs, industry trends, and market drivers that enable Andovar to best leverage its unique position as a global language and content creation solutions provider.
Prior to entering the localization industry, Ron worked as a Commercial Trader for the Charoen Phokphand Group, holding posts in Bangkok, Thailand and Santiago de Chile during which time he gained experience in the client side of our industry.
Born and raised in Southern California, Ron is of Asian and South American heritage with language fluency in English and Spanish, as well as basic (and ever-improving) Thai. Ron has held management roles throughout the Americas and Asia and holds an MBA (Global Business) from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, as well as a B.A. in Political Science (International Relations) from CSU Long Beach.
Aoife Cregan
Managing Director, Andovar Americas
Aoife originally joined Andovar as a senior project manager but quickly established herself as a problem solver with vision and leadership acumen. She is currently responsible for the management of Andovar Americas regional headquarters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Prior to joining Andovar, Aoife worked as Localization Project Manager for EQHO Communications, Language and Communications Specialist for Microsoft, and Language Trainer for Nova Group Japan.
Aoife is fluent in English and French with intermediate Spanish language skills. She holds an Honors BSc Degree in Public Relations and Business from the University of Florida.

Bushror Yeejeh
General Manager
As General Manager of the Andovar Production Center in Bangkok, Bushror oversees all day-to-day aspects of Production, including Engineering, Translation, Desktop Publishing and Audio localization work.
Bushror is entering her 9th year in the localization industry. Prior to joining Andovar, she served as the Localization Services Manager for EQHO Communications, and also previously worked for Procter & Gamble in the Quality Control Division. Bushror holds an Honors Bachelor’s Degree from King Mongkut Institute of Technology in Bangkok and is fluent in Thai, English and Arabic.

David Scott
Digital Media Producer
David has over 15 years of experience in the field of audio production with nearly 10-years dedicated to audio/video localization. He has worked on diverse film and television projects for the BBC and has recorded thousands of hours of voice over in multiple languages.
David began his career in localization at Transware (now part of WeLocalize) in Dublin, Ireland as a Project Manager. In 2002 he moved to Thailand and began working for EQHO as Audio Localization Manager, responsible for the launch of their audio department and studio, staff training and develoment of best practices. David brought his experience and vision to Andovar in 2006, building state-of-the art studios and video production facilities, as well as developing cutting-edge a/v and rich media localization workflows.
David is also an experienced video producer and editor, skilled in the use of all professional hardware and software systems related to audio and video production and post-production, including Avid, Protools, After Effects, Nuke, Flash and more. David is fluent in English and Thai.

Kate Weaver
Executive Editor, Content Creation Services
Kate’s 12-year career in editing is a key to Andovar’s content-creation success. She immediately understands our clients' message and costing goals, and then designs and executes optimal methods for achieving them.
Kate began as a marketing-copy editor for a regional office in Chicago. Upon relocating to Asia, she first specialized in academic journal writing workshops and consultation for professors and graduate students at the National Taiwan University and Academia Sinica, and later took a position as Executive Editor at the Asian multi-national, LiveABC Publishing. During her master’s program, she accepted an invitation from the Kingdom of Bhutan to conduct a writing and research workshop for the National Assembly, and taught a semester undergraduate journalism course.
Kate holds an M.A. in Media Communication from Webster University, and a B.S. in Anthropology from the University of Utah.

Theerawit Kittikan
Chief Technologist
Theerawit has over 12-years of experience in the field of localization. He started his localization career with SDL in Thailand in 1998 where he rose through the ranks to manage all aspects of IT and Localization. His various functions have included training of technicians throughout the Asia-Pacific region, as well as management of teams of localization engineers, desktop publishing professionals and linguistic QA specialists. In addition to the localization industry, Theerawit has served as Technical Manager for Fastrak Deliver Ltd, a GPS software provider.
Theerawit is fluent in English and Thai and holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Assumption University’s Faculty of Science & Technology. He is an expert in a comprehensive range of computer languages, operating systems, business software and desktop publishing applications and is frequently consulted on issues of localization and internationalization by leading e-commerce organizations worldwide.

Russell Winterbotham
Business Development Manager, APAC
Russell joined Andovar as the APAC Business Development Manager soon after the company's inception in 2006, and has been a major driving force in sales growth over the past 4 years. In addition to developing new business, Russell's role includes overseeing and strengthening relations with existing clients as well as helping bring new Business Development staff up to speed.
Russell has gained more than 13 years experience in customer facing roles, and has worked in Account Management and Sales Development for companies such as Spring Group [It Recruitment] and Computacentre PLC [IT Infrastructure Services]. Russell holds a BA [Hons] in Tourism Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, England and has lived in Bangkok for the past 8 years.

Jacob Stempniewicz
Business Development Manager, Europe
Jacob Stempniewicz has built a sales and marketing career in a unique mix of consultative industries - including International Education, Medical Tourism, and Online Travel - and uses his unique set of experiences to help clients optimize their approach to language and localization.
Jacob speaks Polish, English and Spanish fluently and continues to work on his Thai language skills. He holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology, as well as an undergraduate degree in General Psychology, both from University of Gdansk (Poland). Jacob has an especially strong interest in multimedia localization in gaming, e-learning and other progressive, interactive media.
